Welcome to SaudBus.com. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a reservation.
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings made through SaudBus.com (website, WhatsApp, or phone) are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received.
2. No Refund Policy
All bookings are strictly non-refundable.
Once a reservation is confirmed and payment is made, cancellation by the customer will not be eligible for any refund under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of travel plans
- Delays or missed schedules
- Personal emergencies
3. Rescheduling (If Applicable)
Rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Additional charges may apply.
4. Payment Terms
- Payments must be made in advance via approved payment methods.
- Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking without prior notice.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate booking details
- Being present at the pickup location on time
- Following all safety and travel regulations
6. Service Delays
SaudBus.com is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Traffic conditions
- Weather conditions
- Border control procedures
- Government regulations
7. Vehicle Allocation
We strive to provide the requested vehicle (e.g., Toyota Coaster 22 or 30-seater). However, SaudBus.com reserves the right to substitute vehicles with a similar or higher category when necessary.
8. Liability
SaudBus.com shall not be held liable for:
- Loss or damage of personal belongings
- Missed flights, events, or connections
- Any indirect or consequential losses
9. Behavior Policy
Passengers must maintain proper behavior during the journey. The company reserves the right to refuse service without refund in case of misconduct or violation of laws.
10. Amendments
SaudBus.com reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
